Villa Restaurant Group (VRG) has opened six new dining concepts in John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)’s Terminal 8. VRG’s new concessions include Starbucks coffee cafes located by Gate 8 and Gate 46, national burger brand Shake Shack by Gate 10, as well as Zaro’s Family Bakery, Dos Toros Taqueria and Dos Toros Tequila Bar in a shared space near Gates 31-33. The openings are part of Terminal 8’s $125-million commercial redevelopment led by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports in partnership with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) and American Airlines.
“We are incredibly proud to expand our footprint at JFK Terminal 8 with six new concepts that reflect what today’s travelers are looking for — quality, speed, and authentic experiences,” said VRG CEO Anthony Scotto. “From morning coffee to bold Mexican flavors and iconic burgers, we’re delivering options that elevate the airport dining experience.”
“Together with Villa Restaurant Group and our partners, we’re building a destination where great food, retail, and design come together to redefine the travel experience,” added Ian Carter, vice president of URW at JFK. “These new openings represent a significant milestone in delivering a best-in-class commercial program at Terminal 8.”
