Find food from Westchester chefs at LaGuardia Airport and Yankee Stadium

It’s baseball and travel season and this year, you can find two local Westchester chefs at two very different venues: Dale Talde of Tarrytown’s Goosefeather at LaGuardia with his new venture, Talde Noodle Bar, and Christian Petroni, a longtime Westchester restaurateur with a studio in Port Chester whose garlic bread is at Yankee Stadium.

Terminal B, Level Four, LaGuardia Airport

Talde, whose known for his seasonal modern Cantonese fare at Tarrytown’s Goosefeather, opened Talde Noodle Bar, a full-service eatery in early January. On the menu: an assortment of dim sum like wings, dumplings, bao, and egg rolls. Customers will also find noodles and rice, like ramen, lo mein, and fried rice as well as breakfast. “We keep it simple with egg based dishes with an Asian spin so Egg Foo Young Omelet, a Breakfast Bao, and Breakfast Fried Rice with spicy maple syrup,” he said.

Talde said he had a lot of fun coming up with the breakfast and cocktail list, the latter of which are inspired by the classics. “I love the Yuzu Margarita, Post Paloma — and, of course — the Bloody Mary,” he said.

Talde said he was honored and grateful to be part of the renovations within Terminal B. After all, “LaGuardia is an institution in New York City,” he said.
